These terms govern the use of mondavix.com, operated by Mondavix S.A.S., a simplified joint-stock company incorporated in 2022 in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
1. Purpose of the site
Mondavix is an educational portal of informational nature. We do not provide financial services nor operate as a financial entity under Law No. 21,526, nor as an agent registered with the National Securities Commission (CNV).
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use the site in good faith, respecting the applicable Argentine law and intellectual property rights, and not to carry out activities that affect the availability or security of the service.
3. Intellectual property
All contents — texts, graphics, code — are the property of Mondavix S.A.S. or used under license. Total or partial reproduction requires prior written authorization.

Content is offered “as is”, for informational purposes. Mondavix shall not be liable for financial decisions made on the basis of the site's materials. We recommend consulting a licensed professional before operating.

6. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be submitted to the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, waiving any other jurisdiction.
